How do you ship?

We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers including Mongolian EMS Post, DHL, and FedEx. These partners allow us to deliver reliably across a wide range of regions.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is currently based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. As a landlocked country, international shipping costs are significantly higher. To provide a better customer experience, we offer subsidized flat rates:

  • • $20 for U.S. and Canadian orders
  • • $25 for European orders

We cover a substantial portion of the total shipping cost to keep rates as accessible as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days worldwide, depending on the destination and selected shipping carrier. Please note that customs processing times may vary by country.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been packed or dispatched. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

What if I refuse delivery or want to stop a shipment?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to intercept or return it through the courier. If a package is refused and automatically returned to us, a return shipping fee of up to $50 may be deducted. For a more cost-effective option, we recommend accepting the delivery and returning the item through our standard return process.

How do I return my order?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been completed and your refund has been issued.
